Either a hardware issue which could be a graphics failure so I'd check my warranty. Be sure your files are safe on backups since the maker and even out of warranty may do a reset to see if it's a banged up OS.
At the very least you make sure your backups are current then scan with Grif's help at http://www.cnet.com/forums/discussions/how-to-remove-pup-option-603542/#post-f742c795-5881-433b-a29b-6d758efe5cd3
After that I'd think about heat issues. I have no details about this PC but it sounds like a laptop. No mention of model, age and other data so I can't lean towards other advice yet. Can you run the USERBENCHMARK.COM test and share the link to the result?
Windows 10 has become almost unusable during the past couple of months: at random times, but often more than once a day, a rapid stream of circles and squares, maybe half an inch across, races up the left side of my screen, opening and closing windows and tabs randomly, disabling my touchpad/cursor. If I do nothing, just watch it, it often goes away after a few minutes, but if I try to intervene in any way, I will have to try to close Windows and restart, but that is very difficult to do. I have almost no control. I have updated Windows repeatedly....
Any suggestions?
Many thanks in advance for your help.
Best wishes,
Jerry
