Losing Connection

Nov 19, 2004 11:10AM PST

I have two computers running Windows XP Home. The first is wired to a Microsoft router and the second connects wirelessly with a Microsoft USB adapter. I set up the network several months ago and connections were flawless until a few days ago. Now, if I leave the computer unattended for a few hours with a web page open, I lose the connection to the internet. I have to reboot to reset that connection. If no web sites are open, then the connection remains unaffected. What could be the problem?
