Loopback

verizon.net(server)
When i tried to connect to internet earlier,using verizon,,i got error 737 saying a loopback was detected..Read what i could find about it,,but dont understand completely..need to know if this is something to be concerned about?

You have posted in the forums many times. Just a reminder that you need to put the error in "quotes" and use great detail about what causes the error.

If the error is no more, then you chalk it up and move on.

These computers are not that predictable since we are the programmers and not without flaw.

Mr.Proffitt,If you will kindly tell me what else you need to know I will tell you..I have told in my post what happened,the error number,and the error message..I do not know what caused the error,thats why im asking here..I was merely trying to connect to the internet when i got the error# and message..

Open Help and Support from the Start menu. Type in error 737 and click search. You will get a long list of error codes.

Yours doesn't look fatal.

Thank you..A lot of info there..seems can be caused by many things..it was something i had never seen or heard of before..glad its not "fatal". Happy
