He'll win on appeals and

in the meantime, the wall will continue because he DOES have the authority to divert the funds since those monies are routinely used to build walls/barracades around the world.

Perhaps but

The longer this stays tied up in the courts the less time he has to build a talking point for the next election.

RE: the wall will continue
Maybe, it will, one suit at a time?

A "wall" of Trump supporters?

Trump calls man dressed as border wall on stage at rally

The term "thick as a brick"/wall comes to mind....or "dumb as a rock" ...a term DJT is known to use, when referring to HIS hand-picked Secretary of some department Rex Tillerson.

The Judge is out of line and violating...

...separation of powers. He should be ignored. There's no doubt that the President is Commander in Chief, not some Judge. I'd tell the judge to "go pound sand".

Don't you mean

Go pound sand Your Honor?

RE:Only if in his courtroom........

Would you "say it" loud enough for the Judge(or anyone else, other than you) to hear it?

Yet another "qualifier" for a bold statement.

speaking of bold statements

Did you know the "Declaration of Independence" could have been written using pokeweed ink? It's from a berry that stains your hands quite strongly, but when used as ink it makes bright red letters, as if written in blood. Unfortunately, if it had been used, by the time it made it to King George in England, it would have oxidized to a brown color, he would have missed the point of the red color entirely.

Why bother with processing pokeweed.....

no problem finding something to make brown ink out of

t’s very easy to make your own natural brown ink for writing, drawing, or crafts. Here is a brown ink recipe you can try.

Brown Ink Ingredients

4 teaspoons loose tea or 4-5 teabags
1 teaspoon gum arabic
1/2 cup boiling water
Prepare the Brown Ink
Pour the boiling water over the tea. Allow the tea to steep for about 15 minutes.
Squeeze as much tea (tannin) as possible from the tea or teabags.
Stir in the gum arabic.
Strain the ink and allow it to cool before bottling it.

IF you can't find any tea bags...I've got some other suggestions....

PS...I just dumped all the tea in the harbour....
