Question

Looking to shoot PC to flat screen TV

Aug 24, 2017 8:17PM PDT

I had tried the replacement for Chromecast, Miracast but was totally flaky and didn't work most of time. So cheap wondered if it was just a spyware. GARBAGE!..So anyway, what is someone on a budget of $50 max using to EASILY run streaming video from Windows PC to flatscreen TV with HDMI? I have Windows phone and Android tablet. Could easily stand running from the Android tablet to TV if easier. NOT WANTING TO PAY FOR MONTHLY MEMBERSHIPS EITHER!. I bought monthly Hulu and will meet needs for a while.... THANK YOU MUCH for the brains!

These cost a lot more than the cable but for some, the fix.

My current setup is a 36 foot HDMI cable. It's perfect and I don't have to compromise about if it will play and the fiddling is minimal. There is no question about playback. It works just like we expected it to.
