Looking to buy a digital camcorder...

Mar 27, 2005 1:50PM PST

Ive never had a camcorder before, or a digital camcorder for that matter. Im looking for a digital camcorder that under 200 (not including a memory card) Ive been searching around on Amazon.com a lot, and so far the Mustek 4000 has really struck my interest the most. Im a little scared because I cannot find any actaul photos from it and no major website reviews of it. Its only 114 dollars, do you think its a good buy? Can you recommend me something better?

Oh yea, Im mainly going to be using it in situations where Ill be walking around and such. So the camera will probably be bobbing around a lot. A night vision mode will definately be needed.

I am also a owner of Mustek DV 4000 as well as DV 5000, and the performance is quite good for the price. Its worth its money and i recommend to go for it. You can find several models of Mustek on the official web site of mustek, www.mustek.com

When i bought my first camcorder, i tried to get a cheap one too and it broke in a year. My advice: spend a little more for a camera thats gonna last u longer. Try to get a Panasonic or Canon.
