Those makers have economy models too. So just tossing out the maker name isn't going to cut it.

I'm planning to change my old Sony PCG-81211V notebook for something new. I don't play any games but I use photoshop from time to time when I take nice photos with my camera.
I like the concept of MAC Book, but I'm trying to stay away from Apple devices. I don't like IOS because it's complicated and I don't want to spend my time learning how to get things done there... What would you advise - similar to MAC Book, but based on good old Windows? I was thinking about Sony or Lenovo....
