If anyone know where or if there is a software patch for windows vista for the following software please post and share

Have you checked with the respective vendors of each program to see if there's some kind of a Vista patch?

FWIW, Office 2000 is unlikely to ever work with Vista, but Office 2003 should work just fine. The rest you'll have to check into on your own. Google might be a good resource for finding out if anyone's managed to get them working or not.
