Looking for recommendations on shopping cart software. Has anyone found a decent software package with good support?

For example my host offers "Agora Shopping Cart" and something called "osCommerce" ... I think I played around with both and decided that "osCommerce" was better due to easier installation and more features, but you should read about both- maybe one of them is for you.
You may want to decide which gateway you want first. Gateways are only compatible with certain carts. For example, if you go with the mentioned OSCommerce, you can use Authorize.net easily, but not VeriSign.

If your host doesn't provide software, you can download osCommerce and install it yourself.
