Looking for mp3 players that use AC power

Jan 10, 2011 8:05AM PST

Hello everyone, this is my first post and I'm not an audio expert, so thanks for any advice...

I need to play music (1.8 Gb, mp3, one single folder) daily for 16 hours (a restaurant) and that's why I need an mp3 player that can be connected to AC power...

The only other "MUST" is I need the music to be played in different order each day, so I need a player with random or shuffle play mode.

So, AC power and random playing. The device will remain still.

immediately -if this matters- I'll have to decide which speakers, and if another device (amp?) is needed or not... I think I should decide the mp3 player first... I don't care about size or price as long as it uses AC power and has random play mode...

Thanks a lot for your kind help!

I believe most if not all player can be played while it's being charged. Your job here is to find the players that has random/shuffle play support. I have no suggestion, sorry.
