Those files really don't do much of anything. Probably better than 99% of the time, you can't tell any difference from whatever defaults Windows uses for the monitor.
They're mostly for those rare cases in which Windows can't get the information it needs from the monitor. Exceedingly rare these days, even when that monitor was made, so don't waste your time.

The model# is D3859A.I dowload the monitorh.inf.But
when I install through the new hardware wizard It ask
me for the file Dof130.lcm. Where can I find that file
to dowload for my monitor?
