Looking for info on Newspaper indexing project

I've been a listener for a couple of years but am new to the forum.

I heard about this on BOL somewhere in the last 6 mos or so.
It was a project that indexed old newspapers so they could be viewed online. Anyone in Buzz Town recall anything or even about what show it might have been?

Also is there an advanced search I can narrow to BOL or a BOL-show notes specific search.
