There are duplicated files available on the internet. But I have known one which is better.

Try to use Duplicate Files Deleter. It works well.

If your going to play in this area you best have a complete system backup.

Also a way to restore it if windows won't boot.

Otherwise your looking at a reload from bare metal which is painful.

In Windows, I always use Easy Cleaner
