Looking for CNet article about editng MP3 files

About a week ago or so, I stumbled upon a little article on CNet about editing audio files using Audacity -- primarily using tools like compression, equlization and such. One small section of the article dealt with what steps should be done to convert a file to a cell phone ringtone (eliminating bass, etc.)

Does anyone by chance have a link to this article?
