Looking for camera $150 that has best pic + wi/fi & gps

I'm looking for a camera that 1. has the best picture
2. does wi/fi and 3. Has GPS. I'm looking at the canon elph 530 HS and the canon SX 280. Are there any low priced cameras that do both wi/fi and GPS. I know that neither of these camera's does GPS, but they seem like good cameras. Am I wrong? I'm afraid the SX 280 is a little out of my price range. Have you got more cameras I should look at?

(NT) Why not add WiFi later? I did it wiht the EyeFi.
