Looking for best call answering for smartphone

I am disappointed with bring my own phone ( galaxy note 2 android) using straight talk service.. They do not offer incoming call screening at all! Their call answering service also does not provide key touch call back while listening to voice messages. These two features I had with my land line phone provider and old home phone answering machine. Could anyone please explain/answer why and how I can find the features I use to enjoy before using straight talk service? Are their apps at Google store such as Google voice or other that can provide at least instant key touch call back to incoming calls or while listening to messages? thanks in advance (tia), John
