A browser showing html wraps the text. So the combination of editing unwrapped and showing html wrapped doesn't make much sense to me.
MS Word supports a maximum width of the paper of 55.87 cm. That allows for rather large unwrapped lines. Might be enough for your (as yet unspecified) purpose?
And what's wrong with Notepad? It offers the no wrap option, it lets you type hyperlinks, in such a way that they show in the browser, and it natively supports html (which happens to be just plain text), so you don't even need a conversion.
There must be some hidden requirements here.

I am desperately looking for a WP/RTF program that has a 'no text wrap' option, that supports hyperlinks, and that allows conversion to HTML. These features are essential for projects I am working on. Word doesn't allow text wrap to be disabled, so isn't an option. I thought I had found what I was looking for in Jarte, but I have experienced too many errors and crashes with it, and it exports to HTML poorly and with text wrapped. PolyEdit claims to have the features I need, but I can't get it to run on my computer.
Any suggestions would be greatly appreciated. I am willing to try anything, whether free or not- thanks
