Looking for a wallpaper changer

I'm looking for a wallpaper changer program, preferably freeware, that will change wallpaper at a specific time. Like on the hour, every hour. Needs to be working with Win7 64.

I found wallpaper cycler, but it is not working for me with a dual monitor setup.

All I can find in settings is change wallpaper every X minutes, not change at 1, 2, 3, 4:00 ... is that there and I just don't see it?

If you start the change on the hour for every 60 minutes,
