General discussion

looking for a suitable CRM/ user management type service

Sep 16, 2015 3:02AM PDT

Hi
I am looking for a CRM type service to help run my business but am unable to find exactly what I need. Basically I need it to do this:

Create user login where user has own area where I can submit forms and files for the user
Admin can view form submissions for particular user and make notes with timestamps
Export forms with notes, preferably in PDF format
General user managing, maybe email users, edit profiles, that sort of thing.

The website itself is in wordpress so a plugin would be great but I can't find 1 that fits all my needs.
Any guidance is greatly appreciated
Thanks
Sam

Nothing seems spot on for this. Part of the issue is that PDF markup. As you know PDF isn't a good form for editing since you are looking at Adobe software in many hundreds of bucks. There are a lot of folk that rail against package cost even when it's spot on. Too bad it can't be an editable form like DOCX or other.

Wordpress Plugins / CRMs

Since it's wordpress you'll probably have to use several plugins for what you're looking to accomplish. I do believe however, that there is a PDF extension for Contact Form 7 that'll export user input into PDF (so that partially solves your problem)

In terms of CRMs there are so many options out there I wouldn't even know where to start but the articles below can be a good starting point:
