HELLO EVERY ONE
I AM LOOKING FOR A DOUCUMENTS SCANER FOR OFFICE USE THAT WONT BE DEPENDED ON A COMPUTER
I MEAN I COULD GET OUT THE SCANS BY A DISKONKEY (USB EXIT)

DOES ANY ONE KNOWS THIS KIND OF SCANER ?

It's rather like shouting.

I've yet to find a scanner that meets your requirement for Windows PCs even if I think all the way back to Windows 3.1.

Not to leave you without hope, there's always Linux on some bootable memory key but then again if you can't install a scanner driver then you may not want to research that approach.

The site you noted looks like many of those scam sites. The page seems defective in that in Firefox the links are dead.
