I am in the same exact boat, thinking about the t510, hoping the t520 comes out soon.
What did you decide on? Did you find any other brands with the pointing stick?
If there are any others on the market, they are hard to find...
I'm looking for a new laptop. The only absolute deal-breaker is that it has to have a pointing stick (little mouse that looks like an eraser head in the middle of the keyboard, called a TrackPoint on Lenovos).
My last two computers have been Lenovos, and I would consider getting another one. If I did it would probably be the T510 below. I'm looking for a 15" screen (maybe 14") and very good performance. I will be running programs that are graphics-intensive and access large databases. What are some other good options under $1500?
