Question

Looking for a great camera for sports photography

Hi there
I'm looking for a camera that would be used to take photos of people playing sports (paintball). Any recommendations? Also one of the fields that I would use the camera at is an indoor warehouse which can be dark.
Budget $800 -1200

Any of the DSLR cameras will do. The trick will be to select a lens.
Since you will be using it in a dimly lit environment you will want a bright lens with an f-stop of f/1.2 to f/1.7 . Your budget would rule out a zoom lens because a bright zoom lens is very costly. All lens makers make reasonably priced 50mm bright lens. You can use your feet to do any zooming.

I'd also want weather sealed for paintball.

Unfortunately, that'll also add to the cost.
