Looking for a good cheap player

by schfifty_5 / July 16, 2005 11:42 AM PDT

I'm looking for a good cheap mp3 player thats really easy to use and with fm radio and a recorder that is more than a gig and is around $150 or lower and it needs to be something that will last. Sorry about my earlier post...messed up on that one.

I almost have the solution

I have a creative nano plus this player is extremely small, easy to use, has a fm radio, and a recorder. The only way this player isn't exactly what you are looking for is that is is only 1 GB, but with the included software it is very easy to transfer all your mp3 formats to a smaller wma. This will allow you to put almost an extra 100 songs on the player with no loss in sound quality.

A little more, for a lot more

I'm suggesting that you spend an extra $50 for the zen micro touch. It is tiny, great sound quality (from my research it is better than ipod's sound quality), and it had 5gb. It has FM radio, FM radio recording, and much more. My brother has it and loves it, and after fidgeting around with it, I am kind of unsure if I should have bought it instead of my ipod mini.
