Question

Looking For A Business Software Program

Jul 26, 2015 4:30PM PDT

Hello, Everyone.

I am trying to manage a psychiatrist. I am looking for a software that can do the following,

maintain customer information: name, address, email, etc,

track not only how much money is coming in every month, but I need an itemized list of what each client spent. then also be able to have a customer purchase history.

some sort of email marketing platform

storage for images

have file notes.

when I think about it I think it would be something close to an md's software but I can't seem to find any info on it.

I think its two different platforms but I am hoping someone could steer me in the right direction.

Donny

You could try out CRM software for your business. Most CRM (Customer Relationship Management) software come with a host of features such as contact management, task management, emailing options, billing and accounting integrations. Zoho and Agile CRM are some leading CRM options for you to try out.

A CRM is a must. There are a lot that are very cheap and even free. Same goes for email marketing. In fact, some offer it all in one.

Tooks like SimplyCast come to mind.

As for the storage, you can get tools like Microsoft's OneDrive (as well as Outlook, Word, Excel etc.) for cheap at reseller vendors of Microsoft. They provide much better support and are more SMB focused.

Check out myhosting.com for example. You can get Office 365 will all sorts of business tools and they actually install and manage it.

If your looking for a program i might be able to make one that fits your needs.. You would have to let me know all the information about the system. If you want to see things that I have built let me know and I can also do that as well.

I also recommend Customer Relationship Management. It reduces your time and increase your sales. Someone discuss about vendors here, Every CRM supplier has different features like ZOHO, APPTIVO, AGLIE and etc., Brand doesn't matter. I have been used two CRM's like ZOHO and Apptivo. Both are different features but really helpful.

Go for a CRM that has basic functionalities like maintaining customer databases, enquiry management, service management etc. Companies in developing countries like India have affordable solutions. Try free trial of CRMs like Zoho, SalesBabu & Celexsa.

Note: Link to one the programs removed by moderator.

It is better to develop a customize software program that can be done in Java or ASP. Though CRM also a good platform but i prefer customized program if iam in your place.
