lookin for a good pda that has wifi

hi, i am lookin for a pda that has built in wifi, supports flash, and has good battery life. I was checking out the Mylo and think it is pretty neat, especially with the skype, though it doesnt support flash at the moment. it uses the opera mobile browser, but dont know if sony will update it. also prices seem to be between 300-400..?

so thoughts on a PDA?

Didn't the Mylo support a memory stick?

In reply to: lookin for a good pda that has wifi

There's flash memory in that so isn't the "support?"

palm TX all the way

In reply to: lookin for a good pda that has wifi

palm tx is the best bang for buck pda on the market right now. it has wifi, bluetooth, 128 mb ram and a gorgeous 320 x 480 transflective TFT. combine that with the thousands of available software from palm and it is an unbeatable value.
This a true multi media device, not just audio and video, but games, web browser, book reader, office and outlook syncronization.....all for 299(and in most cases you can find it for cheaper)

flash not possible for most pda

In reply to: Not an option (TX) It doesn't meet the spec.

right now there is no PDA that will (effectively) run Flash applications. Sure you can run (some) smaller flash apps on a pocket pc, but any flash apps that matter(like the large ones) will crash your pda. So you might as well get a PDA that handles everything else effectively for a good price...like a TX. And there are still some pretty bare bones flash players available for the palm, like:
http://www.eti.hku.hk/eti/web/p_s_flash_on_plam.html
and there are more developmnts on the way.
to really take advantage of flash content you still need a lap top or a PC, maybe a umpc.
but how much is it worth to have a portable flash viewer?
