Has 4 VX Nano mice so the only trouble was today with one of them. New batteries and it's happy again. If you feel it's some RF link issue then why not use that cord that came with most and locate the nano reciever up in the vicinity of the mouse?
I've been speaking with the Logitech support service back and forth for almost a week now, and they are absolutely no help whatsoever. I told them that my mouse doesn't work, and they say it could be either a mouse problem or a receiver problem and didn't tell me how to find out which it was. I asked, and they told me the same thing; it's a hardware problem. Nothing more.
I recently bought the Logitech VX Nano for my Macbook Pro (June 2009 edition). After a while, the mouse started to disconnect frequently from the receiver, and then it just stopped working completely. I first thought that it might be an issue with the metal chase on the Macbook Pro, but (surprisingly enough), I've seen so many review videos of the VX Nano, and in every single one of them, the reviewer says he bought it for his MB Pro.
I don't want to go dishing out money on a Unifying receiver from Logitech if the receiver isn't the issue. I also would highly dislike buying a brand new mouse, as it isn't exactly a cheap mouse.
Does anyone know how I can test if it's an issue with the mouse or receiver? Thanks.
