Rechargables and Alkaline have different properties. Rechargables are not suited to low/slow current draw like a mouse. Use what's recommended.
The main reason is that rechargables can lock into a memory condition with the slow/low demands of a mouse. Rechargables are more suited to high demands.

I bought this Logitech V400. and it said that the battry to use is a AA Alkaline battery, and I saw in some of website that they actually recommended energizer alkaline battery. and can use up to 6 months? is this true? any feedback from V400 users?
Also, I have a Energizer Rechargeable 2500mAh, is this good as Alkaline or Rechargeable bettery is much faster to drain up its life?
For instance, if the Energizer Alkaline can last upto least say 4months, how long the energizer rechargeable 2500 mAh will last on this mouse?
Also, It is also safe to use a rechargeable batteries on this mouse?
Thankss
