Logitech MX610 change sensitivity

hello im new to the forums so please move this if this is in the wrong area

i have a logitech laser cordless mx610 and was wondering if u could change the use of the foward/backward side buttons to change the sensitivity of the mouse for gaming?

is this possible for my mouse and if so how do i change it because i cant find the area on Logitech Setpoint mouse configaration
