It looks like the guy said he followed the instructions earlier in the thread and got his QuickCam Pro 4000 working on Windows 7 64bit.

if anyone know is there any driver for Logitec Pro 4000 that can support for windows 7 x64 please help me out or give me the link to download. The driver on the Logitech website only support up to windows vista and I tried to install but it won't work. Any alternative method to workaround? b/c I don't want to spend 100 buck for the webcam.
