Loging On

Hi There
I want Windows to log on straight away without me having to click my user icon in the start up screen.
I have tried "Control Useraccounts2" in the run box but for some reason nothing happens. Does anyone know a fix for this or perhaps another way to get around this problem.
Running XP pro SP3 fully updated.
