my computer is a dell running windows xp went to boot up and I got a blue screen with a stop message: c000021a(fatal system error) the windows login process system process terminated unexpectedly with astatus of oxc0000135 (0x00000000 0x00000000). the system has been shut down.what can I do? thank you

I know, I know. Safe Mode is documented widely on the web, so try that first.

not working

I tried every optionon the safe mode screen, f2 gets me to a setup utility and I found a tab to load defaults but nothing happens when I click ok what should I try now?
