Login Help.....

Mar 15, 2004 12:02AM PST

I am using my Toshiba laptop with Windows XP pro installed. 512m memory, 30g hard drive.

Here is what I need to do.....

1. I have 3 different logons in the computer.
I have a personal, a home, and a work.
Recently my work connected to a domain and must
logon that way. This is no problem but...... In
order to sign on at home I must remove the domain.

How can I have the domain only at work and the rest at home setup for a workgroup......?????
I am sort of tired of having to go into the system removing the domain and restarting and then configuring each day at home and at work.......
Also those nice icons disappeared on the startup screen that allowed me to look at and click the logon name with just a mouse click. Now I have to add all this is a text box. This all occured once I added the domain......

This switching isn't supported too easily. But http://www.netswitcher.com is a simple solution you should examine.

The other answer is your office IT should show you how to solve this since they may have some standard solution.
