Wnen I try to use my desktop cd rom drive I am denied access. When I sign on to windows an error is displayed that there is no administrator to validate my password. I did not create an administrator so I dont know what to do for the problems that occur. If I have to create an administrator how do I do so?

I am using windows me. I have tried tochange passwords but to no avail.
