I really enjoy being a part of the forums. They are very educational and helpful. Being a part of the team is what it's all about. I keep telling everyone that we need to work together. Be a

I was at work the other day and I thought I'd visit the forum. While there I went to www.help.com and it brought me to the sign in page. I noticed that it said Welcome Back PudgyOne and this is a shared computer. I guess it almost like a public computer. I guess it will remain like that until either someone else signs in to the forum or it is corrected.

I am also having an error message when I log out. I usually visit the cell phone page last, then click mark read, then cluck log out. I get a message that reads (occurred isn't even spelled correctly)

An unexpected failure has occured. It has been logged and will be addressed by support.

I hope things can be corrected. And Thanks again for listening
