If you want help . . .

1. Please note that just above the text editor (where you enter a question on the forum) is the following paragraph, and if certain information is not present in your question, our reply may not be of much help:

Tip: If you are asking for help to troubleshoot a computer-related problem, please be sure to include all the necessary information (ie: operating system, model number, hardware, software, etc) that will help others identify your problem for a speedy resolution.

2. Give the address for the site you're speaking of.

3. Tried "everything" doesn't give use the "what" you've attempted since we do not know your computer experience/knowledge.

4. Really, if this is an AOL problem, call them since very few people will know the answers for their program.

Cezar,

Just a thought...

If the log-in window continues to pop back after you enter your username and password, it sounds like you've typed them in wrong. You may be using the wrong password, username, or it's possible you're using "CAPITAL" letters instead of "lower case". (Or maybe "lower case" instead of "CAPITAL" letters.)

Hope this helps.
