log files will keep coming back

log files are auto created when you run certain programs. It is just part of the process. You may be able to go into the program that is creating them and tell it not to create the logs. They are usually not that big so it will not affect the computers performance or take up much drive space.

Delete the files and boot to safe mode.
Are the files back?

If not boot to normal mode.
Are the files back?

Hey ya i was gonna try that but the route where the file is on Ccleaner is like This PC > Acer > Johnny > Appdata > Local > Microsoft > Windows > Webcache

I can only get to the spot with the undeletable files through Ccleaner because when i try just going though my folders half of them aren't even there. Like i get to "Johnny" and there is no "Appdata".

That's why i don't think i will be able to check if they are still there in safe mode.

Appdata is a hidden folder. Set Explorer to show hidden files and folders and you'll see them.

And this has nothing to do with Safe Mode or not. As renagade600 said above: they are made by Windows if you do access internet or some action like that. You might be able to set some setting in your browser to clean them up at exit, and - if there are more than you like - you can delete them or ccleaner can do that for you. But it serves no practical purpose to do it often. Once a month is good enough.

Nothing wrong at all.
