- Look at the contract
- Ask the seller
- Try a SIM-card from another provider

I have a couple of other unlocked phones that should be put to use though , like the Apple 5 , I used it with Ting before I got the LG G4 .

But I was successful and only paid for the SIM. It's been in the 5s since about 9/1/2016.

That was the only charge I paid and none since.
