Not everybody likes that solution but I find it's next when it's in a locked state. We then have to enter the APN info (see google) and setup apps and such.
Last night my phone froze so I held the power button down until it reset. The phone turned on as normal and I put my PIN in for android to start up (this worked fine). When I got to the lock screen on my phone I entered my PIN and it was apparently incorrect. I tried over and over again but the problem remained.
I then reset my phone again. And again I put the PIN to start android and it works. But I get to my lock screen and it will not unlock.
I also cannot access the forgot password after multiple 'incorrect' PIN inputs.
Does anyone know what to do? Preferably without sending my phone to be repaired.
