My username folder says in Get Info

The "ownership &
permissions" read from "Get Info"is strange. Under Name it says "everyone" Priveleges says "Deny delete"
I have an install disk, But it is from 10.4( the original install disk), I got this machine used and I don't have the 10. 5 install disk. to reinstall.

Can you help?
