Question

Locked Out Of My Google Business Account

Mar 5, 2016 5:01AM PST

I can't believe I would do such a stupid thing but I locked myself out of my Google Business Account. It's the one that I use to log onto my Android Phone, and access clients. I am self employed and rely on Google for my business correspondence

I am at the stage where they no longer send me a link through email. I have a form I have to fill out. They want to know the date of my last sign in. Also when I created that account. I don't remember this stuff.

Is there a way I can look in my Win 10 Registry to see if there's a first time sign on date and date I success a simple log..

Re: mail

A student of mine has a (smallish, 8 employees) company that - among other things - offers web hosting, including mail.
If I had a domain hosted at such a local company and used it for business mail, and anything like this happened, I would visit their office with my ID at hand to prove I'm really me and it would be fixed in my presence.

Just noting the difference. And yes, it might be more expensive with them than with Google.
