LOCKED OUT OF MY COMPUTER

Hey, I was wondering how I can bypass my account login. I forgot my password for both my personal account and the Admin account. I was wondering if there is anyway during the start up if I can get into the windows control area and reset my password and or account. I'm not worried about loosing all the information that I currently have on the computer. I haven't been able to find a solution for the problem yet and I have looked everywhere. I don't want to take it into the shop and have to spend a couple hundred dollars on having them fix it if there is a way I can do it my self.

1. XP HOME? Boot safe mode and use the admin account to change those passwords.
2. XP? And need a free password changer? Google NTPASSWD
3. Too hard to do? http://www.lostpassword.com
