But given so little detail I can't guess what's up. That is, you didn't reveal models and settings of things. Some machines have issues such as malware so this message is just a sign that your machine needs cleaning.
Also, google finds many discussions. Given you know a lot more than what was told I'd review these for possible solutions. Don't want to deal with it? Call TWC and arrange for their tech support.
I just switched over to Time Warner for our internet provider. Everything seems to be working fine except every 2 hours my computer will lose connection. I would troubleshoot the problem and it says, "local area connection doesn't have a valid ip configuration". It would automatically fix the problem and then in another hour or so it will drop again. Can anyone please help me out with this.
