Loading plug in in Firefox

Nov 28, 2004 5:51AM PST

Hi. I wanted to use the Trand Micro House Call to do an additional on-line virus check and it needed to download a plug in. I downloaded it using Firefox and tried to load it but no matter which folder I tried to use for set up, it said that setup could not find the plugin directory it needed. Any ideas?

Not today. For this, use IE.

Housecall uses ActiveX. One of the reasons NOT to use IE. Won't work in Firefox.
