loading images onto pc

I am a new owner of a digital camera. A Megxon c480. I am still trying to load pictures onto my pc but is coming up with camera connection error. The camera manual is not of much help. Can anyone be of assistance to me in this area? Does the camera setting have to be on 'view images'to download, which I have tried but still no success.

Try a card reader.

The camera make you mention is a tarpit of issues. I will not help you fix that camera issue but note the workaround of using a card reader.

Look to other Megxon or similar posts to see the issue.
