If the two computers

are on the same network, it might be possible. If not, copy the files to a flash drive and then install or copy to netbook.

It depends on what is to be transferred, it may be possible to do a network hook up using a crossover cable (cat 5 crossover) but that can get tricky if using different operating systems. Flash drive transfer is another method as a prior poster mentioned.

Help, my PC with Windows 10 won't shut down properly

Since upgrading to Windows 10 my computer won't shut down properly. I use the menu button shutdown and the screen goes blank, but the system does not fully shut down. The only way to get it to shut down is to hold the physical power button down till it shuts down. Any suggestions?
