Your post caught my eye because the product has a such a strange name -- so I Googled it and I'm afraid that many responses are about problems. General consensus is that this is a cheap chinese knockoff and not worth the trouble.
It sounds from your post as if you are trying to reload the firmware -- presumably from the CD which came with it.
On some players you have to put the device into recovery mode -- which involves removing the battery (if it's the removable type) and pressing PLAY or ON as you connect the USB.
I have a Kaser Mambo-Touch Flix portable media player. It did work great at first, then about 4 months later, nothing. Could not charge or anything. So it ended up at the back of the junk drawer. I have just recently tried to fiddle with it again. It now charges fine, ( don't know why, I just plugged it in for S & Gs). But when I try to connect the device to my PC I get the USB Device not recognized error message. I have downloaded the driver for my
device from the makers web site, but can't figure out how to load/transfer the driver on to the mp3 player. Please help!!
I've tried following the pop up bubbles directions but that doesn't work either. When I tell it to locate the driver which was put on the desktop as an icon, the device manager will not recognize the location. The .sys info is in the folder on the desktop just not there if I go through the device manager. I don't know
what to do. The only reason why I am trying to fix this mp3 player is because my Zune was stolen and I miss being able to listen to books on my way into work. I hope you can follow what I am trying to say. Please help me resort this device. Oh, yeah, I run windows xp on my pc. Even though windows is suppose to automatic find the driver for my mp3 player that is just a no go.
Thank you in advance for your knowledge and assistance.
