I have a Samsung LN52A650. When looking at the screen I see a vertical line down the screen. everything to the right of this line seems slightly dimmer or darker. I bought the tv just over a year ago. 5/27/09. Does this sound like the backlight? Do you still get 3 months extra warranty when you register your product online? I already had the screen replaced last year with a black horizontal line acrossed the tv.

jrioux25,

I would recommend registering it online, and calling up 800-SAMSUNG to see if you can have a service scheduled for the unit. Unfortunately, I don't know what would be causing that particular symptom, but an inspection would help a technician.

If you're not able to get assistance, get a transaction number and post it here, and I'll see if I can assist if it comes to that.

Help, my PC with Windows 10 won't shut down properly

Since upgrading to Windows 10 my computer won't shut down properly. I use the menu button shutdown and the screen goes blank, but the system does not fully shut down. The only way to get it to shut down is to hold the physical power button down till it shuts down. Any suggestions?
