You might try calling support back and filling out a service technician so a tech can come out and fix the issue. If it's not able to power on, there's much much troubleshooting that can be done.

I bought a LN52A650 the day after Thanksgiving 2008. I have been very very pleased with the TV. But, two days ago we started having a problem...it will not power on. It is gettting power because all of the other components are working. I chatted with the samsung support and they suggested trying to power it on not using the remote, but the power button on the TV instead. That did not work. What should I do next?
