I'm trying to connect to Infolink, despite the Samsung CSR telling me that Canada was not a supported country. The problem is that I'm not even getting to the zip code prompt. I'm just getting "Fail to connect with service." I'm plugged directly into the router with a cat5e cable. I'm assuming it's a router setup issue since I have virtually nothing I can set on the TV. The firmware of the TV is 2007.0, which is the same one on the website. I did read one post where a guy said the Canadian firmware was different than the American but the TV said, "same version, try again."
Anyone have experience with router settings or know of why I can't get through to Infolink? The TV is showing up on the router as an unnamed device...
