LN52A650 + HTPC Radeon HD3870 512mb Issues

I'm having some trouble setting up my HTPC and the lcd. There's a black void around the picture 1-1.5" thick. Any thoughts?

HD3870 Radeon PCIE - set at 1900x1080
LN520a650 - Tried picture size at both 16:9 and Just Scan (1:1 Pixel imaging)

And another thing. Is there any finetuning i should do to keep my tv safely running w/ this setup?

Check your driver settings.

You should have the ATI Catalyst Control Center (CCC) installed. If you go into it in advanced mode, you should be able to navigate to the "scaling options" where there is an underscan/overscan slider. Set it to 0%.
